Now a Cork chef has put these two magical ingredients together to create a dessert that hits all the right notes.
In honour of #dessertFTSVL 2018, Electric on Cork’s leafy South Mall will be serving a Lemon Curd Cheesecake infused with Kinsale Gin.
We’re talking soft, creamy cake, zingy citrus and a dash of botanical herbs – all in one mouthwatering serving.
Kinsale Gin is made with juniper with notes of meadowsweet, elderﬂower and elderberry combining with aromas of lemon verbena and lemon germanium so it’s the perfect drink to enjoy alongside your dessert.
